All workshops rely on an accurate attendance count so that we may prepare and purchase the relevant materials required for the session. Due to the high demand and limited places in our workshops, we have a strict cancellation policy.
I registered for a workshop but am no longer able to make it. Can I transfer my slot to another person?
Yes, we would strongly recommend that you find a replacement to take over the slot as materials for the workshop would have already been prepared and purchased for you.
I registered for a workshop but am no longer able to make it. Can I make a cancellation or transfer to another class?
Once your booking is confirmed, a confirmation email will be sent to you. Missed classes are non-refundable and non-exchangeable unless they are cancelled/postponed by the instructor.
What happens if a workshop is cancelled?
In the unlikely event that a workshop is cancelled or rescheduled due to it not fulfilling the minimum required number of participants, you will be contacted as soon as this decision has been made. We will refund 100% of all paid tickets. We will also notify you as soon as the class is rescheduled. Priority slots of the rescheduled class will be given to our refunded participants.
